Warranty

Product warranty for new Volt Canada Ebikes:
 
1.Covers Manufacturers defects only one year from the date of purchase or 2500 km, breakdown or failure
due to manufacturing defect in parts or material. 

Batteries are prorated.

Bike must be returned to original dealer of purchase or their warranty depot, with original bill of sale
Owner is responsible for proper maintenance of product.
 

2. NOT INCLUDED ARE

Accidents including those due to improper maintenance, vehicle overload, external environmental corrosion or misuse causing damage to
the bike.

Owner attempt to repair.

Consumables including brake pads,fuses,bulbs,inner tubes,tires, wheel rims,body fairing breakage,scratches and abbrasions, horns, reflective
films,and connectors.

Any cost assciated with repairs by other than oringinal dealer.

Transportation cost to dealer repair location.
 

3.MAINTANCE

Owner should check bike weekly for lose bolts, screws or spokes.

Brakes should be ajusted and cables lubricated.

Tire air pressure should be checked and maintained at 50lb.

batteries must be kept charged.

A surge protector and a timer must be used, do not charge battery for more than 12 hours, battery must be room temp.
